Wednesday morning classes during the summer term will help intermediate students practice both sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand) more consistently.
Alternatives will be provided for those who want to refrain from practicing headstand and shoulderstand, for any reason. Our sequencing and thematic content will awaken the inner-body so that meaningful yoga practice can happen for those passing on inversions.
This will be a 90 minute class which includes the practice of sirsasana and sarvangasana (with alternatives given as well). For students less familiar with headstand and shoulderstand, it is recommended to attend the Tuesday (headstand focus) and Thursday (shoulderstand focus) classes as well. Please use the free class option if the number of classes per week exceeds your budget.
