Refresh yourself with inner-body yoga!
July 17-20 (no partial registrations)
12-2pm lunch break
Workshop hosted by Yoga Refuge, 7831 SE Stark
Explore inner-body yoga and discover new ways to bring ease to the
poses. Make challenging poses more accessible and nourishing by
sequencing postures with inner-body cues.
Students from any yoga background are welcome to attend. Please have 2+ years of consistent attendance in a non-beginner yoga class. Students should be familiar with headstand and shoulderstand as we will perform them daily. Alternatives to inversions will be provided as needed.
Update for covid-19
Even though the situation can change, the current (May 8) projected scenario involves an ongoing need for 6 feet of space between students on July 17 in Multnomah county. So our maximum registration number for this event has been capped at 10 students to accommodate safety guidelines given the studio size. A waiting list is being maintained in case more options present. If it is possible to continue with the event, there will be an online participation option as well.
